Manufacturing Defects

If your item has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

After inspection, we will, where applicable:

• Repair the item.
• Replace the item.
• Issue a refund only if repair or replacement is not possible.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or failure to follow the care instructions.
• Customized, engraved, or resized items.
• Earrings and body jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.

Conditions

To process any claim:

• The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must not be altered, repaired, or modified by any third party.
